1. How can I order a product?
To choose the necessary products, use several ways:
- Consultation of the manager of our store. Our consultant will help you to choose the most suitable option, having listened to all your requirements and wishes to the products.
- Your own choice of products. We have made sure that you can easily and quickly find the necessary product. Now you can use filters and characteristics available on our website. It will save your time and help you to choose the right product.
Ways to process the order:
- Through the shopping cart. Fill in all the personal details, as well as information about the method of payment and delivery.
- By ordering a callback. Just indicate your phone number and we'll call you and answer all your questions!
- The button “One Click Order” in the product card saves you the time of filling in the questionnaire.
- By using the contact button on the website, you can contact a consultant by phone, write online or via e-mail.
- Through the feedback form you will get full consultation. We will choose the right product according to your needs and budget.
2. How do I pay for the product?
For your convenience, you can pay for the selected products in several ways:
- cash payment - at the customer pickup of the products, at the cash register in the retail stores of our representative offices, upon receipt at the collection point of the transportation service and upon delivery by courier services;
- cashless settlement - transfer of funds from the customer's account to our bank account;
- by bank card Visa / MasterCard through the bank payment system;
- payment on credit - available for the whole assortment of products.
3. How does the delivery take place?
Delivery of the products is carried out at the customer's expense, except for the products specified by the label “Free delivery”.
If you are in Cherkasy, you can pick up your order yourself at our warehouse. In other localities we can deliver by proven and reliable courier services.

4. Is it possible to exchange / return the product?
According to the legislation of Ukraine, you have the right to return or exchange the products within 14 days of purchase if they have not been in use, have no defects, and if the integrity of the packaging is preserved.
