WARRANTY
Products purchased in the Savent online store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty subject to observance of operating rules. Necessary conditions of warranty are:
- a document confirming the purchase: sales receipt or delivery note, acceptance and delivery certificate;
- warranty card with the following data: model and serial number of the product, date of purchase, warranty period.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
According to the legislation of Ukraine (Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”), you can exchange or return the purchased products within 14 days, if they did not suited you for any reason.
The terms on which the exchange is possible:
- absence of signs of use;
- complete setup;
- package integrity;
- the document confirming the fact of purchase.
Conditions under which an exchange is not possible:
- there are signs of use;
- the product is damaged;
- 14 days have passed since the date of sale.
Exchange or return of the goods can be performed by contacting our office at: 66 Khimikiv Ave., city of Cherkasy. For residents of other cities, shipment of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer by the “Nova Poshta” transport company.
Refund Procedure
Once the return of the product has been approved, the funds will be refunded according to the original payment method:
- Cash payment – in cash or, upon agreement with the Buyer, by bank transfer to the Buyer’s bank account.
- Payment by bank card or online – to the same card or account from which the payment was made.
- PrivatBank “Installment Payment” – the Seller submits a refund request to the bank. Further cancellation or recalculation of the credit obligations is carried out by PrivatBank in accordance with the terms of the service.
The refund will be processed without delay, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date the return notification is received. The actual time for the funds to be credited to the card or account depends on the bank and payment system.
