Savent 40 g agent for a non-mechanical cleaning of chimneys is a powder intended for removal of soot, tar and other deposits in chimneys and solid fuel-fired heating units. It turns soot and tar into ashes, which settles in the furnace. The Savent powder contributes to increasing the efficiency of a boiler or fireplace, helps to prolong their service lifetime, prevents the ignition of soot and penetration of carbon monoxide into the premises. It is intended for cleaning brick and metal chimneys, solid fuel boilers, fireplaces and stoves.
Application:
Fire up the heating unit and heat it up. After one hour of fuel burning, add the agent to the burning fire at the rate of 1 sachet for 10-20 kg of fuel. It is understood that you need less powder for dry fuel and more for damp fuel. The effect of the application will be noticeable already after the first use. For a complete cleaning of the chimney, we recommend to add the Savent agent every time you light the fire. Subsequently, continuous application of the agent with every third firing will prevent the formation of soot and tar deposits on the chimney walls. Wet or damp agent does not lose its properties and is suitable for use.
